In 1981, the original Mater & Tater, Marilyn and Sherman Boyer, started this journey in Forest City, then Winter Park and later in Apopka. In 2000, the second generation "Tater Tot", Jeff Boyer, took over the business in Apopka. In 2013, his wife Diane "Cherry Tomato" came to help with the business. In 2021, an idea came to Jeff in a dream about a way to bring the Amish quality to every home by bringing Amish made products from all over the US under one roof. You can say it is still a work in progress. We LOVE our customers and look forward to seeing you all, past, present and future.
